  • time lines & event lines for approvals and plan sanctions.

Our methodology of property evaluation is based on assumptions and criteria's mentioned above. This enables us to value land on the basis of developmental potential analysis parameters, land related issues and current market trends. Our valuations are not based on the sub registrar's sale instances or registration guide line values but current sale quoted prices which we feel have a bearing on property valuations.
